      We get the chance to do interesting work, for clients who really want it, that really makes a difference. The company is full of smart and interesting people.

      less hierarchal in nature than other consulting firms

      Cons

      seen a lot of off-handed comments about directors from other managing directors in the presence of SVPs and VPs when an employee had put in notice. Not nice. not a very diverse place to work
