      Interesting clients on challenging projects Tangible results - focused a lot on implementation and not just nice slide decks Lots of responsibility and senior client exposure as junior - thanks to small teams Generally high calibre of people (ambitious, intelligent)

      High degree of travel, sometimes with little time back at base Still in high growth stage - Internal processes improving but not as slick as some competitors potentially

      - Experience in solving high stakes business problems that's top of mind for C-suite Executives - Constant exposure to interacting with CXOs - Excellent compensation and benefits - Meaningful ownership and leadership opportunities at junior levels - High caliber peers and coworkers - Supportive leadership team

      - Long hours / heavy travel depending on the type of project (consistent with most consulting firms)

      less hierarchal in nature than other consulting firms

      Cons

      seen a lot of off-handed comments about directors from other managing directors in the presence of SVPs and VPs when an employee had put in notice. Not nice. not a very diverse place to work
