      The people are some of the smartest and most dedicated of any company I have worked for.

      Cons

      Company has lost much of the great culture and camaraderie that was Jay Alix & Associates.

      Pros

      less hierarchal in nature than other consulting firms

      Cons

      seen a lot of off-handed comments about directors from other managing directors in the presence of SVPs and VPs when an employee had put in notice. Not nice. not a very diverse place to work
