      Great colleagues overall who are easy to work with. Interesting work in different markets. Strong leadership team working together to define our new strategy for Middle East to meet our growth targets. Clear key accounts and focus areas for us to work towards with a refreshed sense of ownership and direction. Looking forward to seeing the impact.

      Cons

      Market has been tough in 2025 so haven't been as utilised as previous years. Seeing this pick up now though.

      less hierarchal in nature than other consulting firms

      Cons

      seen a lot of off-handed comments about directors from other managing directors in the presence of SVPs and VPs when an employee had put in notice. Not nice. not a very diverse place to work
