      The work is varied and interesting, and most people are very bright, kind, and hard-working. Work-life balance can fluctuate but is usually good, and the benefits are excellent.

      Cons

      Senior-heavy structure with often poor management, and the quality of management has been declining. Opportunities for training and development could be better.

      less hierarchal in nature than other consulting firms

      Cons

      seen a lot of off-handed comments about directors from other managing directors in the presence of SVPs and VPs when an employee had put in notice. Not nice. not a very diverse place to work
