Pros
Free Invisalign is a great benefit. Disorganization at the leadership level means you can pretty much work on whatever you want/whatever interests you. There are some high quality, hard workers here that but they are becoming harder to find.
Cons
Many business orgs are lead by incompetent leaders who aren't able to execute and rely completely on others to do their jobs for them. - Disorganization at the leadership level which leads to resourcing issues where there are people on the team who are over utilized/burnt out while others on the team do next to nothing (this may actually be a 'Pro' for low performers who want to have their success be dependent on others doing their job for them). Inefficient processes and a culture of having "too many hands in the pot" which leads to disagreements between the global and regional teams that causes downstream confusion on what is even a priority - Old school thinking in IT department and resistant to change Salary is below market, annual raises do not keep up with inflation, and promotions are hard to come by. - Lots of turnover, if you don't watch out you will be doing 2-3 different jobs with no merit increase
