The culture is great, everyone so awesome to work with, they are a family friendly company. They will hear your suggestions and take them into account. The culture is global and very diverse. They listen to the reviews of others who interview at Align and work at Align and make adjustments to make it an even better place to work. We are all on one mission and that is to help people create the smile they have always wanted. #4millionsmiles. Because this common goal there is no politics. Align surveys internal employees, hiring manager, people who come onsite to interview, they are very open to feedback. The leadership team is always open to hear your suggestion and are very accessible.
Cons
As I mentioned above many people will hear your suggestions, but they don't always listen. Also they could do more recognition of their employees.
