Pros
Good base salaries and really good bonuses. The company paid out bonuses in early February and they were 50% larger than everyone was expecting. That was a nice surprise. Benefits are pretty good and there are opportunities to get stock options too. The current offices are pretty decent but they are opening up two new offices in San Jose and Raleigh later this year. Sounds like both will be really nice and people are excited about them. The environment is laid back but has a lot of really smart people driving towards a common mission. I like coming to work every day so that's a big plus. Noble/meaningful and recognizable product, good industry, lots of growth for the company and for the employees.
Cons
It's hard to break some of the tenured people from doing things they way they used to be done. Leadership is trying to get people to move with "agility" which is great. Just need everyone to buy into that now so processes can be more efficient.
