      Pros

      Great team and people if you join the right department/group.

      Cons

      It used to be all about the quality and service. Now its all about meeting the numbers. Company benefits are shrinking. Back filling of positions are slow/none causing everyone with heavier workload. Senior Management staff high up in the hierarchy system decide to leave the company doesn't help either.

      Stable company with people that want to make a difference. Great place to learn about manufacturing practices.

      Cons

      No clear job roles and the company tries to squeeze work out of lower level engineers.
