Unsafe working environment at the Houston plant - multiple homicides next door to the facility in 2022/23; frequent police activity and active shootings nearby; break-ins and firearms thefts from vehicles on-premise; lack of emergency preparation and an unwillingness to train for active shooting situations; warehouse accidents and personal injuries are common.
