Territory re-alignments annually, sometimes more often so we lose all momentum with account relationships. Incentive plan is designed to keep high market share performers from making money. Far too many petty projects to manage. Back orders on products are endless. Reps are not regarded as a useful resource and consequently the turnover rate is very high.
