Pros
Able to develop associates and learn about improvements within a department. fast pace and always very critical rolls come up. Associates that reported to me were always great.
Cons
Company is under restructuring and thus certain vision of direction is not completely clear. Be prepare to work long days if you are part of manufacturing.
