Pros
Their benefits and PTO are excellent! All the jobs are fairly easy to learn and pick up. Decent pay. Sparked my interest in going back to school again and finding a new job!
Cons
I started here as a Temporary employee and my contract was for 18 months. I was constantly told by my boss that they were trying to get me hired and was speaking to my HR representative but unfortunately I found out they were lying to me. My boss would consistently lie to my face and dodge me every time I would attempt to approach them. Everyone treated me like dirt and talked down to me when I was a temp and I felt like I wasn't allowed to truly defend myself. The employees here are probably the most negative people I will ever encounter in my life and are extremely catty with eachother. Ridiculous! I was only on one job for a very long time up until the end of my contract which they trained me on two more things before I got hired. The leads never really rotated anyone except for a select few people. The first shift lead in my department is extremely controlling and has made me very uncomfortable in the past and is not very kind to anyone that's not on their shift. I'm not the only one who has felt/feels this way. All of these problems we're almost gone when I officially became hired..except for the negativity of the employees, drama and the non-existent managment. Those things never stop
