      Competitive salary and benefits, global workforce and perspective

      Cons

      Pretty much everything else. A relentless focus on sales rather than innovation and service destroyed a once-great company. Poor leadership across the board, with little to no vision.

      Stable company with people that want to make a difference. Great place to learn about manufacturing practices.

      No clear job roles and the company tries to squeeze work out of lower level engineers.
