Pros
You will make an impact from day 1. Great site to get your foot in the door and move on to other parts of the organization either within the site or across the country to a larger city. The site prints money.
Cons
You will need to be proactive for your career development. The city has very little going for it and average tenure for early professionals is 2-3 years. A number of manufacturing techniques are antiquated but work just fine. There is a divide between the departments.
