Early mornings (starting at 7am), and quality of experience depends A LOT from store to store. Went from one store with a great team, flexibility in shifts and a lot of care, to a store with abusive managerial staff and 0 flexibility of shifts (manager slotted you in where they wanted without discussion) which was totally understaffed. Great job with the right team!
