Pros
Wage is good compared to other side jobs, especially since the work you have to do is very easy. Potential for people that have the ambition to grow within the organization, for instance as a team leader. In general, the people working at AH are very friendly, resulting in a fun work environment with good relationships among workers.
Cons
Not challenging whatsoever. High turnover of employees, which often means a loss of quality. The people you're working with are usually not very motivated, which makes it harder for the people that are, such as supervisors. Therefore, higher management often does not really succeed in making the ground workers aware of AH's goals.
