Great starting job, unfair treatment concerning promotions - Teamleider Albert Heijn Employee Review

Employees are being promised promotions to keep them working in their lower position for a longer time. Takes forever to get interviews for these 'promotions' (which you have to apply for yourself, and will then be interviewed by multiple people. I quit because I got an opportunity at a different employer.
