Pros
- Good pay - Works was quite flexible, they understand that most team leaders are students. - The job allows you to grow as a low-level manager and as a person. - The various training courses offered (communcation, leadership, etc) are a huge help
Cons
- Job can be hard to combine with studying, especially during peak moment (like Christmas). - Responsibilities per store can vary based on manager's deiscretion, therefore there can be a huge capabilities gap per teamleadder. - The Salary starts quite high but scales rather awfully.
