No support - Anonymous employee Airbus Employee Review

No support from management. Any change is slow. Constant stream of people leaving due to the working environment and over pressurised style of working. You easily find yourself doing 3 peoples jobs and becoming stressed with no way of management helping you. No processes are followed - no one knows the process as nothing is written down and few SME's (that are left) know what to do.
