Support organizations act as if the plants exist for them. Workload is insane and there is no one to help you unless you want MORE audits. Safety department is out of control with changes that they push down to the field with no support. Far too many changes without any training. Can't pay their bills now and vendors won't work anymore because they didn't staff and ERP program swap properly. BTW - all the people on the Oracle project are getting promoted despite its abysmal failure.
