Pros
Good money - I don't think you can do much better as far a local driving jobs go, great 401(k) match, good benefits, plenty of vacation and sick days. I've had good experiences with all of the managers I've worked for. Very serious safety culture.
Cons
You need to be somewhat computer savvy to work with the electronic onboard computers in the truck. There are cameras in the trucks. They are very serious about the safety culture, so you if you want to work here you'd better buy into it. There are LOTS of rules and you need to be willing to follow them or you will not be employed for long.
