Pros
Work life balance is good. It’s a decent place to learn the ropes if you are early in your career. If you like to organise meetings/workshops full of buzzwords and empty promises, you will thrive. People and international atmosphere is nice.
Cons
Salary is below market rate and salary doesn’t increase. Management is deaf to improvement suggestion, unless it involves a pizza party. You get “promoted” to new functions and responsibilities, but don’t get paid for it. No support staff, so you can use your degree to cleanup the floors. Likes to talk about safety, but not invest in it (safety staff is 1 person). Turnover increases to 25%.
