      Global footprint; once the global leader in its industry.

      Cons

      If only they could, they would shift their operation to Malaysia, but very much want to sell to Singapore. As much as possible, they don’t want to employ us because they consider us ‘too expensive’, but would like to sell their products to us. If you are a Singaporean who lost your job due to the offshoring of your department to Malaysia, how would you feel?

      Genuinely enjoyed my coworker. Plenty of room to advance due to high turn around

      The whole management staff acts as if they are better than the workers. They are a new management team and very hostile. Fire happy and write up happy. This is due to retaliation because the workers tried to organize a union. The tattletale guys get taken care of and the hard workers get told to get back to work. The motto is if you get 1 out 10 good cartridges, the company is making money. Very horrible mindset. Why not get 10 good
