used to fly cheap but now taxes dont make it worth. times schedule can be exchanged with colleagues. the flexibility and schedules a stable company depending where you work. it can be friendly and laid back environment
Cons
u work during xmas, new year , unlikely to get holiday during summer and other public holiday management not trained or qualified for management positions promotions related to social skills more than effective work promotion doesnt mean raise of salary. you may lose night time or salary by changing job,' ex losing 700-900€ to move from operations to administrative position. recruitement issues, not very attractive to talent because of not competitive wages
