Bad management - Passenger Service Agent Air France Employee Review

Management is horrible, supervisors talk to people with zero respect, also they are so dumb with no technical nor soft skills. Station manager doesn’t even say Hi to employees and deputy station manager is clearly there just waiting for retirement. Lot of favoritism and no growing opportunities. The station is a joke, don’t go there.
