Pros

There were food opportunities for growth as far as position and responsibility, but even top positions like station manager weren’t paid as much as you might expect for the work. Working for an airline in general can offer some truly unique experiences that I’ll always remember fondly, even if the industry and job wasn’t right for me.

Cons

The days can be 12 hours or more on a regular basis, and often at late hours, and working in an airport can provide a unique sense of anxiety of its own.
