      Pros

      People are friendly and willing to help. We are able to work from home occasionally to accommodate life events, though I would prefer if it was regular. HR department are always willing to help.

      Cons

      Work from home is no longer standard - I would prefer hybrid with minimum two days work from home. There was not much notice when work from office came into force and definitely no consultation. Pay could be better.

      Pros

      - Good people in game development that are passionate about their jobs. - Cool office.

      Cons

      - Lackluster pay way below industry averages. - Upper management was uninterested in the company at the time and just wanted revolving door worker bees to figure out all of their problems for them. - Physical based hardware was severely outdated and had no discussions with software team before making pivotal decisions to stay competitive causing all sorts of problems. - Daily headaches working around a mountain of tech debt in proprietary tools, which is eventually shipped to production after tedious QA.
