      Leadership is very divisive and likes to point the finger at others for our failings. There is absolutely no sales strategy--just beaten into making numbers. Stack the sales figures with spare parts revenue. Our games are so bad that they are killing our new cabinet Senior leadership is not very engaged--not interested in the Australian market Moral in the place is rock bottom No serious vision or leadership There are many more cons, but you get the picture.

      Pros

      - Good people in game development that are passionate about their jobs. - Cool office.

      Cons

      - Lackluster pay way below industry averages. - Upper management was uninterested in the company at the time and just wanted revolving door worker bees to figure out all of their problems for them. - Physical based hardware was severely outdated and had no discussions with software team before making pivotal decisions to stay competitive causing all sorts of problems. - Daily headaches working around a mountain of tech debt in proprietary tools, which is eventually shipped to production after tedious QA.
