      Pros

      Product seems to be successful in various hospitals worldwide

      Cons

      Engineering work is tedious: - lots of friction - endless wating for cooporation from other teams - micromanagement - needlessly cumbersome architecture - team is very homogenious (almost everyone was a developer in the IDF, most in the same unit) and therefore not open to opinions from "outsiders".

      PTO Impactful annual company trip Benefits The idea and product is there Market leaders (makes everyone’s job essentially that much easier) 401 match Great internal crm/resources for marketing and commercial

      Lots of layoffs with no real explanation No Structure (extra disorganized, no real alignment or goal) No Transparency (laying people off for essentially no reason) Low Pay (no standard of living raise) Lack of growth (especially in marketing/GTM) Heavy favoritism for a handful of people (always promoted over people who actually deserve it) Leadership is crumbling (no real accountability for the last few months of reorganization)
