      Didn’t provide any relevant training. Don’t have the time to teach. Impossible to schedule meetings with people because they are always busy. Can’t write emails or messages without review. Super centralize and micro management

      PTO Impactful annual company trip Benefits The idea and product is there Market leaders (makes everyone’s job essentially that much easier) 401 match Great internal crm/resources for marketing and commercial

      Lots of layoffs with no real explanation No Structure (extra disorganized, no real alignment or goal) No Transparency (laying people off for essentially no reason) Low Pay (no standard of living raise) Lack of growth (especially in marketing/GTM) Heavy favoritism for a handful of people (always promoted over people who actually deserve it) Leadership is crumbling (no real accountability for the last few months of reorganization)
