Pros
Agoda is a fast moving company that makes each day coming to work interesting. Your colleagues are always helpful and are easy to talk to.
Cons
Although there aren't many downsides to working at Agoda, the only one I can think of would be that everyone is always focused on how they can best contribute to the company. Therefore, communication between departments won't be the norm but whenever you try breaking down this barrier, the other department will gladly help you with whenever possible.
