      There are benefits (annual leave, sick leave, allowance, lots of on-site company events...) Decent working environment, modern office

      Micro management, limited career growth (even though the management always say they provides opportunities for growth) Salary is lower than same role of other companies. KPIs cannot be measured fairly.
