Pros
The location and facilities at many of the hospitals (particularly the orlando south location) are nice. Many of the employees are friendly and helpful.
Cons
The cons for working for FH are dependent largely on what department or area you happen to work for. As such I can't really give specific information as you experience may vary dramatically. The only universal area I wish they would change is their religious stand point. FH is a non-for-profit religious hospital and as such there are a lot of (mostly cheesy) pictures of jesus splattered everywhere. But this stance is largely a tax dodge, I wish they would just drop the act.
