Pros
The mission is strong and the employees truly live the mission. There are so many opportunities to be a part of the employee community. The company takes time to get to know and support their employees. The benefits package is fantastic. The wellness program is more involved than I've experienced at any other company. They have invested in making sure their employees are healthy and happy.
Cons
There is a lot of nepotism among leadership. The executive level seems to be detached from their employees. There are unrealistic expectations on employees in regards to financial procedures. We are expected to front money for many items instead of the hospital providing. Many people in leadership positions behave in ways which are clearly against human resource policies with little/no consequences.
