Pros

Remote. Initially hire hourly wage slightly higher then average.

Cons

All Federal holidays taken out of accrued PTO. Initially allowed to work Saturdays to save PTO then changed to only 2x year. No yearly raises based on merit. Yearly 3% cost of living raise for all, even those you complain all the time and do the least work. Pushed to work over time at $50/hr. Bonus program of $400 quarterly not worth extra effort after taxes taken out. Promotes “home life balance” put doesn’t follow through. Allows some employees to not adhere to follow rules mandated but harassing emails to all staff of how to perform daily work flow. When offered suggestions to increase productivity to Manager…received email how “I should be happy I have a job”. Constant ways to push staff to work more accounts by micro managing while again allows some staff to do the least amount of work.

Swing shift with zero benefit of working 12 hr shifts as you will still work 5 days a week
