Pros

Good training opportunities, some friendly colleagues and great customers

Cons

Toxic management, poor salary and work-life balance. You’re expected to be flexible when they are not. Ridiculous targets for enrolments and being pressured by the management all the time to reach their goals. Staff doesn’t feel valued or respected, they are being taken for granted.
