These people were shoddy : worked there a few weeks before I was threatened with cut hours 1 to 1 in managers office. I checked and other employees who had made less bookings were not subjected to the same making it a clear case of bullying. Training was totally sketchy with management making it clear to me they were really too busy with other people to bother. I found another job I now enjoy after that but I think the worst thing was the lack of organisation in the company - work was not logically explained and people were wandering around the office daily looking for missing headphones and computer parts ! Seriously ? Not cool. Not a fan of Robina HQ either it’s a depressing place to work ....!
