Pros
Accenture has opportunities to bonus as well as opportunities to have stock options. The benefits seem to be pretty good. The employee resource groups are all really active despite what’s going on in this political round.
Cons
During PA discussions, you will find that this is the most unstable time. The timeframe to which we get promotions or bonuses are always changed and it’s like a huge roller coaster. There’s so much uncertainty at this company at the moment and leadership expects us all to go with the flow. We can’t stay calm and as you may see on a lot of anonymous discussion boards, we really are as happy as “great place to work” says when it comes to compensation. The compensation is good, but when it comes time to receive a raise, the timeline is moved. Nonetheless, I would definitely recommend Accenture in this current work climate because there’s a lot of other places that are much worse.
