High-performing, internal resources with proven track records are frequently overlooked for promotion. Meanwhile, external hires with significantly less experience are fast-tracked into senior positions. This creates a massive morale deficit and devalues the institutional knowledge held by long-tenured employees. 2. Arbitrary Structural Barriers (India-specific): The Operations domain in India utilizes unnecessary "sub-levels" at the Analyst and Senior Analyst grades that do not exist in other geographies. This appears to be a tactic to delay career progression and keep experienced resources at lower pay scales longer than their global counterparts. It is a discriminatory structure that frustrates high-potential talent. 3. Leadership and Management Culture: The senior leadership within the OnProcess tier is increasingly disconnected from the ground reality. There is a culture that rewards sycophancy over tangible output. Feedback is often met with insensitivity, and there is a prevailing "delusion" regarding employee satisfaction levels. The environment feels exclusionary rather than inclusive.
