Pros
Global exposure, MNC status (opens doors for other corporates, especially for freshers). Good work culture in some teams - only if you aren't supporting the Indian market.
Cons
Way above average work hours for way below average payscale. They just want to hire cheap labour in India and make them work more than their worth. The work culture, if you're supporting Indian Sales Managers, is very very toxic - with people always wanting things last minute, at times literally using abusive language on calls, treating you lower than a subordinate. They change the entire presentation last minute so all of the hard work you did for the last three/four days (while working overtime because submission) is just wasted and you do everything all over again (while being screamed at on calls the entire time). Only join as a graphic designer if you're going to be supporting markets other than India. You also have to wait for increments/hikes for a really long time because "performance"/"market conditions" (but also favouritism and politics).
