Pros
Work was constantly challenging. IN marketing organization, I had the opportunity to be creative and learn about many aspect of the trade: advertising, recruitment marketing, publicity, internal communications and database marketing. Great team of people to work with in both marketing organization and the management consulting organization.
Cons
Travel is both a plus and negative. It is fun and exciting to work in different cities and countries, but it became a challenge to balance personal and professional life.
