A big brand and safe place to work. Excellent culture and work-life balance. Employee friendly policies and high standards for all and everything. Professional behavior and mutual respect. Well structured compensation and health insurance. Great colleagues to work with, at Engineer levels. Good policies for bench.
Cons
Amount of pay is still poor. Have been slow and less aggressive in market at many occasions. Lot of politics at management levels. Unfair non-transparent promotions. Their book and their board are often found following different principles. Have failed to keep employees feet on fire. Lazy & incapable are still lazy-incapable. Many upfront became lazy. Too many frameworks, ifs & buts to care about.
