Our bonus fund was designed as an incentive for employees to do the right thing and take care of our customers. Millions of dollars are paid out every year in bonuses and our employees are happy earning the EXTRA income. It’s absurd to state we “steal money” from our staff. The bonus fund is completely separate from an employee’s salary. It’s easy to be a critic without knowing what it takes to contribute to an 86 year old successful family business. We have to be doing something right over here at Abt to be in business for such a long period of time and employing over 1,600 people.
