3yWe appreciate the feedback. Our core commitment to customers and rewarding hard-working employees has remained the same since we were a small storefront and we believe that is what has led to our continued growth over the last 86 years.
Bob Abt made the decision to not screen calls many years ago for the simple reason that no matter who is calling, every customer is important. What we value is not sucking up, but rather, hard work. Promoting exemplary employees is common and nearly all of our managers and supervisors began in entry-level positions. We hope you enjoy the sweaters as they are quite comfortable!
