Manager laughed at my request and stated, “How is taking off for 2 days going to make someone feel better?” Working 12-14 hr days, fixing other techs mistakes. Customer base is very privileged, I had customers follow me to my van, use foul language. Constantly hovering, second guessing my diagnosis because I’m a female. I had a customer stalk me on social media. I had to change my name and photo. We have had Miele newsletters about upcoming trainings I wanted to do, so I can preform better, my manager said “we’ll talk about it..” then nothing after wards. 14 houses on a daily is average here, so prepare for that.
