Business Outlook
Pros
A family-owned business where the owners are very involved. Everyone is encouraged to be their own manager and make decisions on their own. The sales floor is extremely busy at all times, making it very easy to succeed. Thankfully the owners decided to stay open during the pandemic and supported 1400 employees through it all. Great leadership and always room to grow within the company. Great pay, benefits, a gym located on the premises.
Cons
The only con is employee parking on a weekend if you don't like to walk :)
