As a five year plus, current employee, not sure why you’d post up on Glassdoor rather than just come in and talk to one of your managers, HR or even one of the family members. The bonus fund is extra pay on top of your hourly rate and was designed as an incentive to do the right thing for our customers and the store. The majority of staff really like the extra income paid out every four months. We agree the customer is not always right, only 99.9% of the time. Please understand we strive to keep our customers happy and truly care about them. Our motto “The answer is always YES to any reasonable request” has kept us going for over 83 years. We are sorry you feel this way about our management. Again, please see your manager, HR or one of the brothers with any other complaints.
