      Pros

      Very nice work environment and great commoroderie among fellow workers.

      Cons

      Company currently run much like a 'dictatorship' with little to no respect, empathy or sense of fairness toward empolyees. Dismissals not generally based on your work success or developed skills.

      Employees can be successful and have great skills but if being deceitful is another attribute in their equation, no amount of reprimands will work. They simply will not fit with our family work culture.
