Pros
This company is one of the best companies I have Ever worked for. The weekly meetings is conducted in a way where it brings the entire Abt family together just like a real family would whenever they have to discuss anything. The employees that work here really care about each other and always want to be around each other just like a family. The Abts really understand the ethics of running a company. They even cater food for employees during our yearly large sales! Super generous family and very understanding when it comes to certain events that happen within your personal life if time off is requested. Bob Abt is always going to be a role model for everyone that works there! I give full props to all of the Abts for keeping the Bob Abt way of conducting business! You can really see the passion that comes from all of the Abts when they do conduct meetings and when they speak to their employees. The Abt recently renovated gym is also a great way to bring people together after work or during a break. The steam room they have in the gym is also a great way to relax after a hectic day at work!
Cons
The pros are way better than the cons! However, there are some people in upper management who really shouldn't be in charge. I understand that every company is supposed to have department managers, but the managers that run certain departments don't really know how to communicate with their employees. I feel like the Abts should look into some department managers who have this problem. However, Abt is still a great place to work for!
